Famed the world over as the birthplace of pizza, Naples is an extraordinary city that revolves around food. Thom and James Elliot are adopted sons of Naples, with a little black book of chefs, suppliers, restaurateurs and people who have become close friends and colleagues over the past decade of the Pizza Pilgrims restaurants.
